Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within the United States.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
  • Processing time excludes weekends and holidays
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping time is calculated from the date your order ships, not including processing time

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 (FREE on orders over $50)
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method

Packaging

Our 3D Lenticular Art Prints are carefully packaged using professional materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • All prints are protected with rigid cardboard sleeves and moisture-resistant packaging
  • Framed products include additional foam protection and reinforced packaging
  • Giant-sized prints are shipped in specialized tubes or reinforced flat packaging

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking services. You can track your order status at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. We are working to expand our international shipping services - stay tuned for updates.

Duties and Taxes

  • Domestic US Orders: All applicable sales taxes are calculated and collected at checkout
  • Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to confirm the correct delivery information. Re-shipping may require additional shipping fees.
