At ClawPrint Art, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our premium 3D Lenticular Art Prints. Each piece is professionally crafted by artist Wizyakuza with the highest attention to detail.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged products: Items that arrive damaged during shipping or have manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items: You received the wrong product or variant
  • Quality issues: The print does not meet our quality standards

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our art prints, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or display after delivery
  • Items that show signs of use, mounting, or framing (for unframed prints)
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Refund Amount

  • Approved returns: Full refund of the product price
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item)
  • Return shipping costs: Deducted from refund if customer is responsible for return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  3. You do not need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply
